CPU Resource Scheduling
In intense multiplayer fights, my frame rate would plummet from 50 to 15, making it impossible to time my parries correctly. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in Windows Power Plans; while clock speeds rose, the frequency of frame drops actually increased, proving the issue was resource contention. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to Real-time priority and killed three redundant background services. RTSS showed frame times converged to 16-22ms, and GamePP monitoring confirmed CPU usage stabilized at 88-94% with temperatures at 72-78℃ per HWMonitor.
