Swooping through Manhattan's skyscrapers, the screen would freeze for a fraction of a second whenever new buildings loaded, killing the momentum. I tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but the stuttering actually became more frequent due to background update interference, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process priority to 'Realtime' and stripped away all unnecessary background overlays. HWiNFO64 confirmed the GPU load stabilized at 82-88%, and AIDA64 showed core temperatures steady at 64-70℃ with VRAM usage at 11.2-13.5 GB via GPU-Z.
