How to sync Gloway Dragon Warrior DDR5 6400MHz timings?

That horizontal slicing effect during fast attacks made it obvious my memory controller was choking on the 6400MHz data stream. The default XMP profile on the Gloway Dragon Warrior was causing latency to bounce between 72-95ns, which completely wrecked the frame pacing. My first instinct was to turn on V-Sync in the drivers, but that added a 40ms input lag that felt like playing in mud—absolutely frustrating. I dove into the BIOS, swapped 'Auto' for 32-38-38-76, and bumped the voltage from 1.35V to 1.38V to tighten the signal integrity. AIDA64 latency tests then showed a rock-solid 68-72ns, and the visual sync finally clicked. I actually hit a black screen twice during the first few attempts at tightening timings until I loosened tRAS to 80. Memory temps hovered around 46-53℃, with the southbridge at 58-64℃. Six cycles of MemTest86 confirmed zero errors, and the sync issue is finally dead.
