Correcting Instant FPS Drops

Despite having a 5090, the frame rate would plummet from 120 to 70 during intense dynamic lighting, which was incomprehensible. I tried increasing the core offset frequency, but the game crashed three times in ten minutes, proving voltage instability was the root cause. I used the GamePP Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set L2 mode and adjusted Vcore to 1.18V. Core frequency finally stabilized at 2700MHz per GPU-Z, temperature returned to 65°C per AIDA64, and Voltage Monitor showed a rock-solid 1.18V delivery.
