How do I stop VRAM spikes and frame drops in Dune: Awakening on the RX 9060 XT?

I was exploring the Arrakis desert when my FPS plummeted from 60 to 42, with VRAM hitting 96%. I tried reinstalling drivers, but the tearing persisted. Using GamePP Hardware Sensor, I raised VRAM frequency from 13000MHz to 13800MHz. Input Latency Monitor showed frame time dropping from 16ms to 9ms. GamePP confirmed VRAM temp stabilized at 79-83℃, saving my immersion.
