Eliminating Screen Freezes
While racing across the snowfields of Mount Yotei, the screen would freeze momentarily every few seconds, ruining the flow of battle. I tried forcing High Performance mode in the control panel, but it didn't stop the stuttering and instead caused GPU temperatures to spike to 82℃ per HWMonitor. Using the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector, I identified a legacy lighting service hogging the I/O bus and disabled it.
