Reducing City Loading Delays
I felt totally anxious in Valdrakken as my game suffered 3-5 second loading delays and massive frame drops. I tried disabling all non-essential addons, but it only improved loading by 1 second and the stutters remained. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to switch memory page allocation to Priority mode and raised I/O priority. RTSS showed frame time dropped from 25-45ms to 14-20ms, with fans at 1200-1400RPM per GamePP fan tool.
