Does Remnant 2's heavy VFX cause voltage drops on the Huntkey T600 Typhoon PSU during combat?

Whenever the screen filled up with particle effects, my frames would dive from 100 FPS to 40 FPS with a noticeable input lag that killed the combat flow. The 12V rail on my Huntkey Blizzard T600 Typhoon was dipping to 11,3V during peaks, which is way below the safety margin and forced the GPU to throttle.
