Why does Battlefield 2042 stutter when switching combat scenes?

Scene switching in Battlefield 2042 caused unbearable stutters as the SLC cache overflowed, dropping write speeds to 800MB/s. I first tried setting virtual memory to half the disk space, which exacerbated read/write conflicts and increased frame drops. Using GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, I increased the queue depth to 2048 and enabled forced write cache refresh. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random read improved to 68-75MB/s, and load times dropped from 12s to 5s. 4K random write stabilized at 55-62MB/s, making combat transitions smooth.
