Why am I getting 0.5s stutters in Solo Leveling: ARISE?

Tearing through Night City in Overdrive mode, the frequent 0.5-second stutters made me feel incredibly anxious. I initially tried lowering texture quality to reduce pressure, but the stutter frequency didn't improve, showing the bottleneck was storage scheduling. I enabled GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, set the read priority weight to the highest, and optimized the 4K random read queue depth. Frame time fluctuations converged to 10-16ms per FrameView, disk response hit 20-150ms via AIDA64, and fan speeds stayed at 1600-1800RPM per SpeedFan.
