Why is my Ryzen 7 9800X3D stuttering in Stellar Blade?
Whenever I chain high-speed combos, the screen gets these micro-hitches that feel like the game is gasping for air. After digging into the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, I noticed the CPU load was a mess, swinging wildly between 12% - 94%, which meant some threads were just idling while waiting for the 3D V-Cache to refresh, causing scheduling delays of 15-30ms. I first tried enabling PBO auto-overclocking in the BIOS, but that was a disaster; my temps spiked to 88°C instantly, triggering thermal throttling that made the stuttering even worse. I was honestly baffled why a high-end chip was struggling this much.
