Fixing DLSS artifacts on Zotac RTX 5060 Ti in Horizon?
Seeing the foliage snap back into focus after tweaking DLSS is an incredible feeling. Initially, in Quality mode, I had 85-92 FPS, but distant rock edges had this weird shimmering and aliasing that was eyesore at 2K. I tried switching to Balanced mode, but the image turned into a blurry mess, which immediately snapped me back to reality. I then fired up the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sample Calibrator and bumped the sharpening coefficient from 40% to exactly 68%, while adjusting the sampling weights. In the comparison shots, those blurry edges became clean and natural without any ugly white halos.
