Noctua NH-D9L Response Tuning

While exploring the eerie village, large-scale enemy attacks triggered sudden frame stutters that made me incredibly anxious. I tried increasing the case fan speeds to lower ambient temperature, but the core temperature continued to spike from 58℃ to 86℃ in 1s per AIDA64, showing peripheral tweaks weren't enough. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration panel to lock the fan speed at 1500 RPM and optimized the response gradient. This worked perfectly; frame generation time converged to 10-14ms per RTSS, and CPU temps held at 65-72℃ per AIDA64.
