How can I stop screen tearing caused by VRM overheating in Resident Evil 9 on the PCCooler RZ620?

Entering the mansion basement in Resident Evil 9, I saw screen tearing that broke the horror immersion. I tried adding case fans, but VRM temps stayed at 85-92°C per HWiNFO64, causing voltage wobbles. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to isolate two hot phases and tightened voltage tolerance from ±3% to ±1%. This calibration change stopped the microsecond fluctuations. A 3DMark stress test confirmed stable power delivery, with VRM temps now holding at 72-78°C. The visual stability finally lets me fix my fear of the basement.
