How do I reduce frame rate fluctuation in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 using the Cooler Master Seidon 240G RGB?

Flying through dense clouds in MSFS 2024 made my controls feel sluggish due to CPU throttling. I tried maxing out the pump, but the noise was unbearable and it didn't help much. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configurator to switch to Smart Dynamic Mode and raised the threshold to 85℃. RTSS monitoring showed frame times dropping from 25-40ms to 12-15ms. The water block temp stabilized at 65-70℃ per GamePP sensors. The flight feels precise again, and the system runs quietly.
