Why does MGS Delta stutter during fast deployment on Kioxia G3?

Every fast deployment felt like a heart attack; a massive stutter hit the moment loading ended. I tried increasing virtual memory to 32GB, but it did nothing for the lag and just wore out my drive. I switched to GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, setting the write cache to 'Force Flush' and depth to 1024. RTSS showed teleportation frame times plummeted from 40-80ms to 12-18ms, while HWMonitor reported 38-45℃. CrystalDiskMark showed sequential reads stabilized after a 5000MB/s to 1200MB/s drop.
