Optimizing Memory Response
I felt so anxious about those random 0.1s freezes during stealth reconnaissance; in a game like this, that's just disastrous. I tried enabling XMP presets in the BIOS, but my system BSOD'd after 10 minutes due to read/write errors. I decided to use the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to tune the voltage to 1.35V and loosen the primary timings to 18-20-20-40. It worked perfectly; MemTest86 showed 0 errors, and frame intervals stabilized at 16-22ms per FrameView. VRM temps hit 58-63℃ per HWiNFO64, and memory stayed at 55℃
