How to solve network interrupt lag on Soyo SY-A320D4+ Magic Sound?

There is nothing worse than casting a big skill only to be rubber-banded back across the map; it's a total disaster during coordinated raid runs. The onboard NIC on the Soyo SY-A320D4+ Magic Sound was choking on high-frequency small packets, with interrupt requests jumping between 15% and 22%, sending my ping spiking up to 250ms. I wasted time swapping out my cables for high-end shielded ones, but the lag stayed stuck between 80-120ms, which was incredibly frustrating. I finally went into Device Manager, found the network adapter's advanced properties, and nuked every single power-saving option—Energy Efficient Ethernet and Green Ethernet are gone. I also flashed the latest official driver. Monitoring with PingPlotter, my jitter dropped from a wild 40-180ms range to a tight 22-28ms. I did have a brief disconnect right after disabling the settings, but a quick router reboot and IP refresh fixed it. Board temps are fine at 42-48C. After five full raids, the lag is gone and the controls feel snappy again.
