Solving Random FPS Drops
It was so frustrating; the game started smooth, but urban exploration was ruined by random frame drops. I tried enabling Game Mode and disabling all startup items, but the frequency of drops didn't change, leaving me feeling totally helpless. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to adjust timings to 38-38-38-80 and boosted voltage to 1.38V via BIOS. AIDA64 stress tests confirmed memory errors dropped from 3/hour to zero, while HWMonitor showed stable temperatures at 52-58℃ and AIDA64 measured latency at 95-110ns.
