Fixing Zhitai TiPro9000 1TB cache and loading in The Division?
Seeing map load times drop from 12 seconds to 3 seconds is an absolute rush. Before this, the Zhitai TiPro9000 1TB in Balanced mode had controller response times fluctuating between 15ms - 28ms via CrystalDiskMark, which led to obvious texture flickering during heavy asset loads. I tried enabling low-power mode in the driver panel, but that was a disaster—loading took 7 seconds longer and frames dropped. I was beyond annoyed. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into Extreme Performance mode and optimized the NVMe driver's IRQ priority. On the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, read/write latency stabilized at 8ms - 12ms via AIDA64, and texture pop-in was reduced by 30%.
