Stabilizing Urban Peak Loads

Simulating massive urban crowds caused my CPU power to spike to 120W, with temperatures swinging wildly between 85-95℃. I tried adding more case fans, but while the ambient temp dropped by 2℃, the CPU core peaks stayed above 90℃, which felt like a useless band-aid. I accessed the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration, moved the trigger point to 60℃, and enabled non-linear step acceleration. HWiNFO64 showed the frequency range narrowed to 4.4-4.6GHz, and Cinebench R23 confirmed temperatures stayed within 78-82℃, while GamePP kept the start speed at 800 RPM.
