Is my Soyo SY-A320D4+ causing stutters in Ghost of Tsushima?

Every time I galloped across the open world, the game would hitch violently, and the unpredictability was honestly stressing me out. On the Soyo SY-A320D4+ Magic Sound Edition, enabling XMP at 2666MHz caused the memory controller voltage to swing wildly between 1.0V and 1.2V, triggering constant parity retries. I tried adding 16GB of virtual memory, but that just spiked my disk I/O latency and did absolutely nothing for the stutters—just a total waste of effort. I eventually went into the BIOS and locked the SoC voltage at 1.15V while loosening the tRFC by 60 cycles. RTSS s
