Fix Core Frequency Jumping
While sneaking into a camp, my FPS plummeted from 65 to 42, making aiming feel like a nightmare. I tried 'Maximum Performance' in the driver, but the GPU hit 88℃ and throttled instantly. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to lock the core voltage at 1.02V. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 14-17ms, and HWInfo confirmed a steady fan speed of 2100 RPM. AIDA64 measured core temps at 68-74℃, finally removing those annoying micro-stutters.
