Stabilizing Returnal Frame Times
During high-speed dodges, my frame generation time suddenly jumped from 7ms to 38ms, which is disastrous for precision action. I tried the Windows High Performance power plan; while frequencies stabilized, the GPU hit 82℃ and the fans screamed per HWiNFO, which felt inefficient. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to apply the Extreme Performance mode and locked the minimum power state to 80%. RTSS confirmed frame time converged to 8-12ms, with GPU temps at 68-74℃ per AIDA64.
