Stopping Thermal Throttling
It was unbearable; whenever hundreds of zombies charged, my CPU hit 94-98℃ per HWInfo and clock speeds tanked from 4.8GHz to 3.0GHz. I tried increasing case fan speeds, but it just added noise without lowering core temps. I entered the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel and set a 75℃ threshold to ramp fans to 2200RPM. HWInfo showed max temps were suppressed to 78-82℃, and Task Manager confirmed CPU load stabilized between 88-94% at 2200RPM.
