How to stop frame jitter in Expeditions: Rome on Maxsun MS-Terminator B650M WIFI6?

I was anxious as the screen stuttered during team battles. I tried manual overclocking, but it caused a BSOD. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to enable High Performance mode and locked the minimum core count. Cinebench confirmed stable CPU frequency at 4.8-5.0 GHz, up from 3.5-4.2 GHz. Frame rate stabilized at 85 FPS. The combat flow is smooth now, and I don't have to worry about crashes.
