Dealing with frame tearing on the PCcooler RT500 TC ARGB?

Exploring the underwater city was a mess; the screen tearing was so bad it gave me actual anxiety. The PCcooler RT500 TC ARGB just couldn't keep up with the burst loads, with core temps swinging between 82-89℃, causing frame times to jump from 16ms to a disgusting 45ms. I tried dropping the graphics to Medium, which bumped the FPS, but the tearing stayed—it was a band-aid fix that did nothing. I eventually went into the BIOS and set a CPU voltage offset of -0.05V to kill the heat, and tightened the fan response time from 0.5s down to 0.1s. Looking at the RivaTuner graph, the frame times finally converged into a flat 15-18ms range, and the tearing vanished. I actually tried a more aggressive -0.1V offset, but the system BSOD'd immediately while loading a save, so I backed it off to -0.05V. CPU usage now sits at 65-72% with temps between 74-79℃. 3DMark stress tests confirm the jitter is gone, and the system is finally dialed in.
