Eliminating Stealth Input Delay

During stealth kills, the response felt half a beat slow, which is a total disaster for an action game. I tried four different USB port combinations, but the lag stayed and I even got mouse disconnects, which was just pathetic. I used the GamePP Interface Scheduling panel to set input polling priority to maximum and disabled background sync services. Response times dropped from 25-32ms to 12-16ms via GamePP, with Southbridge temps at 58-64℃ per HWMonitor and CPU usage at 40-55% per AIDA64. I can finally export at 64℃
