i9-13900K Core Affinity Setup
I was anxious about 0.x second freezes during magic battles; HWiNFO revealed P-Cores at 40% while E-Cores were pegged at 100%. I tried setting Windows Power Plan to High Performance; P-Cores responded faster, but E-Core scheduling remained chaotic, which was frustrating. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to lock the main process affinity to physical cores 0-15. GamePP Analyzer showed frame times converged to 12-18ms, and AIDA64 confirmed CPU temps at 75-82℃ with HWiNFO showing 1.32-1.38V.
