Fix Voltage & Power Limit Drops
Fighting massive bosses was a total nightmare because the screen would shake violently due to sudden performance dips. I tried lowering the CPU core voltage to save heat, but the system just blue-screened during peak combat, which was honestly ironic. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to set High Performance and expanded BIOS power limits to 110%. This stabilized everything; frame intervals converged to 11-16ms per RTSS, CPU frequency held at 3.6-3.8GHz per HWInfo64, and GPU temps stayed within 72-78℃ per GPU-Z despite the 92℃ CPU heat.
