How to stop system freezes in dense base areas of Death Stranding 2?

I was losing my mind every time I entered a building-dense base; the screen would just freeze for 3 seconds. I tried increasing virtual memory to 16GB, but that just maxed out my disk I/O and doubled the loading times. To fix this, I opened the GamePP Resource Scheduler and set the game priority to 'Realtime'. Now, bandwidth utilization is a consistent 85-92% per AIDA64, memory temperatures are stable at 52-58℃ per HWInfo, and my fan speed stays steady at 1800RPM per AIDA64.
