Why does texture rendering lag on ADATA ValueRAM 4GB?

Scene switching in Assassin's Creed Shadows was painful as my ADATA ValueRAM 4GB DDR4 2400 struggled with capacity, causing 8-45ms frame intervals. I tried increasing virtual memory, but FPS dropped further. I used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to switch allocation to Manual and power management to High Performance. MemTest86 completed 6 loops with zero errors, and RTSS confirmed intervals stabilized at 7-12ms. AIDA64 showed temps at 42-48℃. The system is stable. backup
