Fix Naraka Memory Errors
During fast parries, my screen would twitch violently, which was incredibly anxiety-inducing. I tried increasing virtual memory to 32GB, but it didn't help the stutters and actually dropped my average FPS by 8. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Guide to raise VCCIO from 1.05V to 1.15V and tuned VTX to 1.1V. RivaTuner showed frame times converged to 10-13ms, AIDA64 measured memory latency at 110-130ns, and MemTest86 confirmed zero errors with HWiNFO showing temps at 47-53℃.
