RTX 5070 Ti Power Wall Adjustment
Losing a match because of input lag is infuriating. My Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti AERO OC was hitting its power wall, dropping from 144Hz to 90Hz per RTSS. I tried pushing the power limit to 120%, but the GPU temp hit 85℃, which felt unsafe. I needed a balanced solution. I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to set the power limit to 110% and optimized the fan curve. This prevented thermal throttling without excessive heat. RTSS monitoring showed frame generation intervals tightened from 12-18ms to a stable 8-10ms. The combos are now buttery smooth, and I can export these settings for future use.
