Gigabyte GPU Thermal Tuning
During a fierce street fight, my frame rate suddenly crashed from 120 to 45 FPS, which is fatal in a competitive shooter. I first tried lowering the graphics to High settings; while I gained 10 FPS, the loss in visual detail was unacceptable. I accessed the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration and switched the GPU fan mode to Extreme Performance, forcing 2400 RPM at 80℃. VRAM temperatures dropped to 82-86℃ per HWInfo64, and frame times stabilized from 12-35ms to 8-11ms per GamePP Frame Analysis.
