Stopping Frequency Jumps
In such a beautiful xianxia world, the frequency scheduling of my RX 9060 XT was a joke, jumping wildly and causing constant micro-stutters. I tried enabling Overclock mode in the driver, but the temperature spiked to 85℃ via HWMonitor, triggering thermal throttling and making the situation worse. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock High Performance mode and adjusted the fan curve to 78℃. FrameView showed the frame interval converged to 11-14ms, and GPU-Z confirmed core voltage stable at 1.12-1.18V.
