Fix Water Temp Fluctuations
The fog in Silent Hill 2 was glitching because the V360 Lite temp fluctuated. I set the pump to max, but the noise was annoying. AIDA64 showed a 10℃ swing. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Panel for dynamic pump speed: low below 60℃, rising above 75℃. AIDA64 confirmed the swing dropped to 3℃. Stable at 65-70℃. The horror is back.
