How to fix frame generation jitter in No Rest for the Wicked with Zhitai TiPro9000 4TB storage?

Exploring No Rest for the Wicked felt helpless. My Zhitai TiPro9000 4TB was saturating PCIe bandwidth, causing frame times to jump from 10ms to 20ms. I tried lowering textures, but it looked terrible. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to enable memory prefetch and switched to High Performance power plan. GamePP Hardware Sensors showed bandwidth utilization optimizing. Frame times converged to 12-15ms. Bus temperature stayed below 65℃. This export fixes the stutter.
