How to fix frame time spikes in FF7 Rebirth with Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB?

During intense battles, frame times jumped from 8ms to 45ms, causing fatal stutters. I tried fixing memory timing in BIOS, which stabilized frames but caused compatibility issues. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Regulator to adjust timing and voltage offset to +0.01V, and disabled background sync. RivaTuner showed frame intervals stabilizing at 7-12ms, and HWiNFO confirmed voltage at 1.1V. This verify step ensured stability.
