Fixing SLC Cache Overflow
During transoceanic flights, terrain loading was despairingly slow, leaving me with blurry blocks. I tried increasing virtual memory to 64GB, but it failed to fix the physical read bottleneck, and frame drops persisted. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force High Performance mode and updated NVMe drivers. Random read performance jumped to 65-78MB/s per AS SSD, sequential reads hit 1200MB/s via CrystalDiskMark, and loading latency stayed 45-60ms per AIDA64 while fans hit 1600RPM.
