Intel 660P I/O Optimization
It was ridiculous that in a game about extreme speed, my SSD was the anchor, causing frame drops at critical moments. I tried disabling all background update services; CPU usage dropped by 2%, but storage stutters remained random, which felt ironic. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game's I/O priority to the highest level and optimized the virtual memory page file. RivaTuner showed frame times stabilized at 11-16ms, HWiNFO64 confirmed temps at 35-42℃, and GamePP sensors flagged 4K latency over 50ms.
