Why does Control 2 stutter during unit summoning?

Combat scene switching caused frustrating stutters. I tried adjusting virtual memory, which worsened the issue. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase depth to 2048. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random read improving from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s. Loading time dropped from 12s to 5s. This export of stability was crucial.
