PCCooler RZ620 Thermal Stability
During the ray tracing demo, I noticed weird sawtooth temperature spikes from 65℃ to 88℃, causing micro-stutters. I tried fixing the fans at 1600 RPM in BIOS; while temperatures stabilized, the noise during low loads was too loud and lacked intelligence. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to create three step intervals between 65-85℃ and shortened the trigger window. Cinebench R23 showed fluctuations reduced to 7℃, and RTSS confirmed frame times stable at 15-18ms, while AIDA64 showed a steady 74-78℃.
