Racing through Monte Carlo was a nightmare; the screen would suddenly drop frames at critical turns, sending my car flying off the track. I first tried disabling C-State in BIOS, but it failed and caused idle temps to soar from 36℃ to 51℃. I then used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into High Performance mode. RTSS confirmed 1% lows jumped from 45 to 72 FPS, while HWiNFO64 showed core frequencies stable at 4.5-4.9GHz and VRM temps at 58-64℃ per AIDA64. Total game changer.
