Reducing Fan Response Delay

When commanding 10,000 units, my CPU load spiked instantly, jumping from 60℃ to 90℃ and crashing the clock speed to 3.8GHz. I tried setting fans to full speed manually, but the noise was unbearable during quiet moments, yet the spikes still happened in combat. I used the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to monitor the gradients and shortened the fan start response time to 0.5 seconds. Three rounds of battle tests showed peak temperatures held at 84-88℃ per HWInfo64, with CPU-Z confirming stable clocks at 5.0-5.2GHz.
