Customizing CPU Fan Slopes
Swinging through Manhattan was amazing, but my CPU temps shot from 65℃ to 92℃, causing the clock to drop to 3.2GHz. I tried enabling Full Speed mode in the BIOS, but the fan noise sounded like a helicopter, making it impossible to focus. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to steepen the slope between 75-85℃ to 1600-2100 RPM. HWMonitor confirmed peak temperatures were capped at 82-86℃, and GamePP showed frequencies stabilized at 4.8-5.1GHz.
