How do I reduce slow loading times during map transitions in The Last of Us Part II (PC)?

Map transitions in TLOU2 (PC) were painfully slow on my Gainward RTX 5060, which broke the flow. I tried resetting BIOS settings, but the loading time didn't improve, so that was a dead end. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to clean uninstall the old driver and install the latest Game Ready version. GamePP Hardware Sensors confirmed texture loading time dropped from 8s to 4s, and GPU temperature stabilized at 55-58℃ with fan speed at 1400-1600 RPM.
