Noctua NH-D14 Fan Response
I felt a jarring instability whenever I moved through crowded streets; 30ms frame spikes made the game feel broken. I tried lowering the processor power management state in Windows, but while temps dropped 3℃, my minimum FPS tanked to 40, which felt like a superficial fix. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to move the response threshold to 60℃ and tuned the low-load speed to 800RPM. Now, CPU temps are stable at 72-78℃ per RTSS, and frame times dropped to 11-14ms per FrameView. Cinebench tests show no more fluctuations.
