Nightingale Physics Lag and CPU Scheduling

Traversing dense clouds in Nightingale caused my frame rate to drop from 120 to 55 FPS on my Gainward GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 8GB Snow Step X2 OC. I suspected the GPU was the bottleneck, but the issue was actually multi-core scheduling on my CPU overclocked at 5.8GHz. I tried switching the Windows Power Plan to Performance, which helped P-Cores but failed to fix the E-Core physics latency. That was a superficial fix. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set the Load Line to L3 and adjusted the VCCSA voltage to 1.23V. Cinebench R23 confirmed the multi-core score improved from 34500 to 36800 points, and temperatures stabilized at 75-82°C.
