Fixing Need for Speed Stutter
In Need for Speed, frame time jumped to 45ms during battles. I tried disabling the camera, which broke my stream. I used GamePP Conflict Tool to set Synapse to manual. RivaTuner showed intervals dropping from 8-45ms to 7-12ms. The game is now buttery smooth.
